Since 1836, the Cairn family has distilled whisky from the same spring-fed burn that winds through the Highland moor. Every cask is hand-selected. Every bottling is limited. Ember is our rarest expression — 18 years in first-fill American oak, coaxing out layers no shortcut can replicate.

Distilled in the depths of a Highland winter. Matured through eighteen summers. Our master distiller tastes every cask by hand — selecting only those that speak in the voice of Ember: rich, warm, and enduring.
